Hello, I'd like to join. I am a regainer as well...I lost weight last year and then realized a dream of moving to New York and all the happy hours and great food got to me (and my wallet and my waist line lol).
By December 31, 2014? I want to lose around 25% of my starting weight, so that would bring mt to Onderland, or just below, to 198
Though, I am shooting for 3%-5% each month, I have almost hit 3% for February, so if I keep going in this vein, I will actually have lost 30%-40% by December 31st, but of course, putting in room for plateauing and such.
