  • Back again after apartment catching on fire, breaking up with boyfriend and moving out. Hoping life events aren't so stressful this time.

    I've made the decision to take a break from the scales. I never thought I would be one to become emotionally affected by the number on the scale, but it just so happens that I have at this moment in time. So until I feel ready, until I feel I've had at least a month of being successful in my workouts and nutrition, I'm going to stop weighing. Good luck everyone!
  • I have thought about stopping my daily weigh ins. It has been a bit discouraging for me lately. I will have to continue to weigh weekly for weight watchers because my point intake changes and I am about to lose a point. Hope I have the strength to put the scale away. That will be my goal for December, just weigh once a week.
