I think I understand how you feel. I have no idea what kind of headspace I was in when I went from 96.7 down to 84.9kg, and I definitely haven't been able to get back to it! Plus, I moved across an ocean to a state where I had never been before. I have no friends, to say nothing of workout buddies, and I have been battling a lot of sadness and loneliness since being here. Not really sure how to get myself on track, either.

I wish I had advice for you, but I'm really just stuck in a similar rut.
