~October Daily Weigh In!~

SW: 159.1 lbs
GW: 154 lbs 1. 159.1 lbs 2. 159.8 lbs (+ 0.7 lbs) ~ Pretttty sure this is water weight...I hope it is! 3. 159.3 lbs (- 0.5 lbs) ~ Small, but I'll take it. Haven't been drinking enough water!! Get on it, Rie! 4. 158.9 lbs (- 0.4 lbs) 5. 159.1 lbs (+ 0.2 lbs) ~ Just a slight gain...but still a gain! GW 163 1. 171.4 (+0.4) up a bit but I did have some cake and less healthy food due to my boyfriend's birthday 2. 170.8 (-0.6) Basically back to where I started. I lost a lot of weight last week so a slow loss this week makes sense 3. 171.8 (+1) I don't know what is going on. I will just keep eating healthy foods and hope this stall takes care of itself 4. 171.8 (-) I can't explain the increase in weight, since I have been under my calories all week and haven't lost anything 5. 171.2 (-0.6) I would be happy about this but I have a feeling it is just going to go right back up again. 6. 170.8 (-0.4) I am hoping this is the start of a downward trend but I am not counting on it. Still eating perfectly on plan Week 1 loss: -0.2 Month loss: -0.2 7. 170.0 (-0.8) If tomorrow is down again I will feel good that my stall is over and also welcome the 160s! 8. 170.0 (-) I am so excited my lowest number in a week stuck! The end of September was terrible for me food and weight wise. I've got to get serious again in October which will be difficult as I've got a friend visiting so I know I'll be drinking A LOT more than normal.
SW: 77.5 kg GW: 75.0 kg 10.01-77.5 (TOM) 10.02-77.3 (TOM) 10.03-76.7 (TOM)- I'll believe it when I'm still in the 76s tomorrow. 10.04-76.3 (TOM) -I know it's the TOM whoosh but still happy 10.05-76.5 10.06-76.2 10.07-76.3- not a big gain but continues the trend, the day after I run the scale goes up! MONTH TOTAL: -1.2 kg! 10.08-DNW- slept in and forgot to as I was rushing around 10.09-76.6- don't know why I'm up again, I've been eating really well. 10.10-76.7- I'm ok with this number as I binged like crazy yesterday. 10.11-76.9- I'm sure this was from my crappy eating day on Wed. 10.12- DNW- A friend stayed in the room where my scale is! 10.13- DNW- out of town 10.14= DNW- it's been a bad couple of days, I'm going to check tomorrow and hope for the best.
