Riestrella-Sometimes I get a bit nervous about eating too much, but other than that my main problem is snacking. Yes you can I pay £11.95 for 4wks unlimited use of their online services then cancel it just before it renews the following month. I like it because you get a set number of points to use as you want (healthy, filling foods have a lower points value, fruit and veg is completely free you can eat as much as you like) you also get another set of points a week to use for treats, I use mine for the odd chocolate bar or glass of wine, or a meal out with my boyfriend. if you really need more points you can earn more through exercise. I felt like I was eating loads and lost 2lbs in the first week. The good thing about weightwatchers is the points system focuses on balancing fat, carbs, protein etc rather than just low calorie foods. So you learn to eat properly.

Week 9 Chart! Last chart will go up November 1st! So Week 10 isn't technically a full week.

Since I won't have a scale on Halloween day I have had to weigh in early! 158.5 lbs, putting me at a 2 lb GAIN. Oh well, I can't complain, I didn't do much to reduce that number. Hoping that my performance in the Christmas challenge will be a lot better!

2lb gain that you'll lose in the Christmas Challeng, Rie!

For me, I weighed in at 140.2-140.8 all week, and my goal was 140, so I'm pretty happy about that. I will be aiming for 135 in the Christmas challenge, and then I think I'm done and will go into maintenance.

In other news, I'm so upset because I pulled my back. It has happened a few times in the last couple of years. Last year I pulled it, I was out of commission (Not able to exercise, barely able to walk) for about 3 months. This time, I feel like I'll be good in a week or two. Still, I don't get how my back is that weak! I exercise, I hike, I run, and I hurt my back getting out of bed! Ugh. The doctor last year told me to lose weight. Well, I'm down 80lbs from last year, so what are they going to tell me now? It's so frustrating. I had to cancel my 10k on Saturday because there's no way I can run at this point. I'm just mad because I haven't been able to exercise since this happened on Friday. I only need 5 pounds to make goal, and I really wanted to start a new program on the 1st (ie Crossfit). Ugh, sorry I'm complaining. I am happy that I am at 140

kisskiss - Hehe, thanks for your support!! CONGRATS ON REACHING YOUR GOAL! I know you technically didn't make it all the way but weighing in at 140.something is awesome! You've done so well, you're an inspiration. Oh my goose, I'm so sorry about your back =(. You should definitely go to the doctor and say WHADDUP because you are a healthy weight now so they can't blame it on being overweight. So sorry you had to pull out of the 10K, I would be gutted if I couldn't do mine in December so I understand the disappointment. But there are more 10Ks you can do, just focus on your back getting better. *hug*

Just weighed in my final weigh in and I am so happy I finally made it through a challenge without quitting. I made it 10 lbs down. So I didn't make my 12 lbs goal but I am very happy with my progress.

Good luck to everyone else who is weighing in for the final time this challenge.

Well, I'm so sad I wasn't able to be more active in the challenge, but it did motivate me a lot! I pretty much made my goal last week, but am up to 145.8 today since TOM started yesterday Still, I'm calling it a victory
