I must apologize, I've been bad this week. I just haven't been feeling so committed. I had a miscarriage exactly a month ago, and it's taking my body sometime to get back to feeling normal, and this week I was having a hard time with exercise.
I have found time in my schedule next week thought to start swimming which I am really excited about. If I can't seem to find time to exercise, at least 30 minutes of vigorous swimming is going to be awesome. I've just not been on it this week and I need a little motivation. SW-195, CW-195.- I didn't lose anything this week because I've been eating junk with fruit. Fruit is probably the only healthy thing I've had in moderation. I just wasn't motivated. Lately i haven't been enjoying healthy food as much except for fruit. I think I really just have to try to remember why I am doing this. Not to impress anyone, but for me. To have more energy, to be healthier, so keep up with healthier friends. My career, chance at a future family, my health and life with my husband are all important factors here. I want to be healthier over the next two years when I really go into my career field. I'm starting graduate school this week in Autism study, and it's going to be hard. But life changing at the same time. I need to have the same attitude about my weight loss. Look at it and attack it the same way I am my degree. It's going to take some time. I'm going to have to make sacrifices, but it's going to become easier and so worth it in the end! My plan is to start packing a lunch that is healthy, going over the library 2 miles from here and doing my homework there so I have no choice but to work on my school work with my healthy lunch. Now let's see how we did this week. I also want to rate the winner by loss of total weight if that's okay. I could do percentages but it doesn't seem as accurate because we're not measuring inches and BMI as well. I just don't have time to calculate percentages as well... CW 205 GW 185 So...I'm late. I couldn't post, because I've gained three pounds. I feel positively disgusting. I haven't been this fat in ages. I remember when I lost a bunch of weight the first time, and everyone would say how much better I looked. This sucks, because I'm 20lbs away from my high. I guess I'm looking worse lately. Boo. Hoping this coming week is better. |

Thanks Cheriloos. I'm alright, it's just that I feel like I need to be healthier. I don't blame it on that or anything. I just want to feel healthier before we try again.
I've been realizing I need to take things in smaller steps. I am usually an all or nothing type and I realize that has been my downfall in the past. I'm working on getting exercise to be something I don't think twice about and just enjoy. After I get to that point I'll make smaller changes in my diet and work from there. I don't have a bad bad diet, but it could be better. I just know if I do too much at once I will burnout. |

SW 212 CW 204 GW 180 My overall GW i would like it to be 140 so i know i have a journey ahead of me. The thing i have problems with is the fried food! I work at a Allsups and those potato munchers and mexi burgers are SO GOOD but i am trying to not even cook them when im there so i wont be tempted haha. Also the motivation to workout is horrible i just dont have the oomf to do it. I went to the Dr 2 weeks ago and everything is good sept my cholesterol. I also got put on birth control. Thats what made me gain alot of weight when i was younger so im hoping it doesnt happen this time. |
Weighed in this week at 190, not very happy with it. :(
