Default How do you reward yourself after reaching a minigoal/goal?

Hey y'all, I'm basically restarting my weight loss journey after an entire year of being depressed and way off course. I want to set real rewards for hitting my minigoals so I can stay motivated! At this time, I'm considering getting a facial or a massage for one, etc.

Please share your rewards that you've done or plan to do!

a facial / massage sounds so good right now!!

I usually treat myself food wise.. I don't go all out and binge but I do indulge in a small treat here and there and then I get back on track for the next mini goal.

Sometimes rewards in the form of new clothes work too! It's always motivating to want to buy a size smaller

you got this chel3fsea don't quit !!!

I'm thinking a massage or a facial too! If I lose weight at a healthy rate it gives me enough time to scope out a bargain on groupon too!

I don't really do anything too exciting. Perhaps buy a new nail polish or some new workout clothes, but I'm not much of a celebrator (don't dig birthdays either, go figure). But a facial/massage/manicure sounds like a good minigoal reward

Actually, I have set myself little goals to try new (often scarey) things once I reach certain weights (i.e. trying a new workout I never thought I could do; joining a dating site; being comfortable tellign how much I've lost/what I weighed etc).

Though I make a conscious effort not to treat myself with food as I'm trying to distance myself from viewing food as an emotion, but thats just my own personal reasoning.
