who has done the 30 day squat challenge??
I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge for about 7 days now and my thighs are virtually unrecognisable. Has anyone else done it, what results did you get at the end of 30 days?
|
I've not heard of it, so googled it. Wow! It looks tough on the knees but if it gets results.....
|
its amazing and only takes about 10 minutes or so. You just have to make sure you do the squat properly. I was told that you have to make sure you can still see your toes when you do them and its not so hard on your knee's.

I did it as well as the 30 day ab challenge. I liked them both a lot! At the end, I adapted the final day of both by switching in some other strength workouts and that has become my go to strength time routine :)

I made it through day 20 at the end of last semester, then finals hit and it all fell apart, I keep saying I am going to restart it but I remember how sore my legs always were so I keep putting it off.
I personally didn't notice much difference visually (I have alot of fluff still covering my thighs and bum lol) but I did start feeling stronger in the legs |
i haven't ever finished it, but dang -- that girl's butt on the schedule is freakin' perfect.

I haven't ever done the 30 Day Squat challenge, but I love doing squats. They are a part of my every-day work out and it will be interesting for me to see what I look like after doing my work out for 30 days. I have never done a full week of it before, but tomorrow is the seventh day for me, and I am very excited! :)
