After the Bikini ready challenge I have decided to run another challenge, but this time with a twist. This is a NO EXCUSES, HARDTOTHECORE 20 day challenge. You have to be on plan for 20 days straight or you will be booted from the challenge. Sound too harsh? Then this isn’t for you! Rumour has it that being on plan for 20 days in a row will develop a habit.
This challenge isn’t focused on weight loss, but pure dedication. There will be an option to record your weight, since this IS a weight loss forum, but the important part of this challenge is not slipping up for 20 days. No “I’m on my period so I ate chocolate” or “I had a really hard day at work so I just wanted to relax” – these are both excuses I would use but GOOD BYE EXCUSES AND HELLO SEXINESS!
I love me my spreadsheets, so I’ll be using one to keep track on everyone’s progress.
The rules for all contestants:
- You must put an "X" in your row for each day you are on plan. If you fail to put your X in your row for more than 2 days you are OUT.
- Be honest: if you break your pledge then bow out of the challenge.
- Please use this thread to discuss your progress, your weight changes and how you're feeling - give and get support!
- There is an option to enter your weight on the far right side of the spreadsheet but please remember this is about dedication not the number on the scale!
