im back!! and fatter than before :(
 

lol i just love my title!

its been at least 4 months since I've been on there and the last time i was i had lost 14 pounds, and I've now gained 6 of those back. :( as sad as that is, i quit smoking 3 months ago and it just seems that i subconsciously shove everything i see in my mouth now. i know if i don"t get back on track I'm gonna be right back where i was 3 years ago, and i refuse to go back there! so here's to everybody who's with me and is having to starting over!

It's tough to get back into things, but looking back on progress is always the best motivation! I have to get back into things as well. Good luck!

I am back too, after gaining back 25! We know how to do it, we've done it before, and we got this!

Oh so very starting over as well. :/
But we've done it before, and we'll do it again...! Just need to find the right motivation, that strength deep within. <3
