Heartbreak Diet
Hey, I've not really posted too much around here before, I was always more of a lurker,
I've just split up with my boyfriend and I feel dreadful. I feel awful, he feels awful, it's just a whole mess of bad feelings and sadness haha. It's made me feel so sick that I cant eat, I can't even think about food. I tried to eat and it just comes back up. Any advice on things to try to eat, I'd hate to be doing my body any more damage than i'm already putting it though. God I just want to feel better |
Try to keep hydrated first. Just as with the flu, it might be helpful for you to stick with typical "I'm sick" foods like soup and saltines until you know you can keep it down. Another thing you could try is smaller portions. My best friend had her bf leave her after a year a week after telling her how much he wanted to marry her and have children with her. While she couldn't keep down a full meal, she could graze on various foods. Another thing that might help is to go someplace familiar where you have been without your ex.

Drink water and nibble. That's all I was able to do for a while after being dumped. *hugs*
