Hello! I'd love to join this challenge. I'm horrible at sticking to things but I'd like to start. My 20 day goals are:
- drink 1.5 litres of water of everyday (I usually drink...500 ml at most)
- not order pizzahut ( I usually do at least 1-2 times a week)
- workout 3 times a week and do something active for 15-20 minutes everyday (Jillian Michaels video or dance)
- limit junk food ( a choco bar or a bag of chips) to 3 a week
- weigh and measure once a week ( i like to hide the weighing scale as long as I can when I want to binge)
I know maybe the junkfood goal isn't very good but I'm trying to be realistic about it.
