Ok, so the rules for me are:

1. Stay in South Beach Phase 1.5 (Phase 1 plus fruit)
2. Exercise 60 minutes a day. Does not matter what exercise. I just have to move for 60 minutes.

I would REALLY like to do this, but I need to start on July 7 as I will be camping and we won't have internet or cell service. My goal through this camping trip is to maintain my weight.


My goals are:

1- To log my calories every day (I use sparkpeople)
2- Cardio 3 times a week, Goodbye flabby arm plan 2 days a week
3- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
4- Take all my freaking vitamins and supplements
5- Maintain my weight over our camping vacation

Just a week left for sign ups! Hope you're all prepping yourself for a completely focused 20 days! I'm using this week as a trial run for next week, going to try my best to follow my pledge ready for the main event. Is any one else prepping?

Hello! I'd love to join this challenge. I'm horrible at sticking to things but I'd like to start. My 20 day goals are:

- drink 1.5 litres of water of everyday (I usually drink...500 ml at most)
- not order pizzahut ( I usually do at least 1-2 times a week)
- workout 3 times a week and do something active for 15-20 minutes everyday (Jillian Michaels video or dance)
- limit junk food ( a choco bar or a bag of chips) to 3 a week
- weigh and measure once a week ( i like to hide the weighing scale as long as I can when I want to binge)

I know maybe the junkfood goal isn't very good but I'm trying to be realistic about it. Yay to the challenge!

I have a super busy time planned for the month of July, but I will try this anyways!
My goals are to:
1) Workout with my personal trainer 3x/week
2) Only one cheat meal allowed per week
3) No pop (unless it's in the allowed cheat meal)
4) No fast food (unless it's the allowed cheat meal)
5) Eat more veggies!

As challenge mastah I will allow you to start on July 7th ONLY if you maintain your pledge during your trip. If you break the rules then you have to bow out.

Goals for 20 Days
*Stay active for the full 20 days
*Eat clean and stick within my calorie range
*Stay consistent with drinking water (8-10 glasses per day)
*3 rest days allowed from exercise

So this challenge starts the first? If so, I'm game.

I pledge:
To skate at least two times a week
Drink more water (aim for 2L a day)
Do some sort of weight training or workout 5 times a week
No soda.
Eat less carbs. (One serving of pasta, no more eating the entire container)
Stay within my calorie goals!

I'm sure I'll think of more along the way but these are basic.

I'm down for this.

For twenty days:
I will do my Zumba regiment everyday for at least two hours.
I will not eat any baked goods.
I will also make my bed every morning before I leave for work. (This may seem a bit out of left field, but it helps me stay in a structured state of mind for the rest of the day).

Just joined. I'm gonna prepare myself for this starting NOW.

#1 - Absolutely no junk food, especially stupid Nutella!
#2 - Do a minimum of 30 min of cardio every day.
#3 - Do weight lifting 10 days out of the 20-day-challenge.

I'll add my weight to the spreadsheet when the challenge starts. I'm hoping to drop another pound until then.

I've been debating joining this but since I'm heading home for the first time in a year in a month and I'd like to impress, I figure this is the best way to make sure I don't give up even though I've been gaining/losing the same 2 pounds for the last 6 weeks.

I've got three goals:

1. Workout 5x a week.
2. Stick within my daily calorie goal.
3. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day.
