Hoopty, totally did! When I left one shop, I even walked in the opposite direction. At the time I wasn't even hungry. But that wouldn't have phased me beforehand, I would have still gone in.

I agree. Track for yourself! We all believe in you.
Exercised as soon as I got up this morning! Then followed it with a high protein breakfast. It's only been 3 days and my sweet tooth is disappearing already. I ate plain yogurt this morning and it didn't taste too sour to me. And I haven't been tempted by the jar of chocolate covered raisins in the fridge. It's amazing how quickly your appetite changes when you drop processed carbs.
I'm loving hearing about the different exercises that people are doing to follow their plan. If this was a movie, there would be a montage of all of us working out in different locations, set to the Rocky theme or something.
I'm glad to report that in the last two days, I've lost 4 lbs of the 9.2 lbs that I gained over last week. This challenge could not have come at a better time, even though I'm not going to be able to see it through to the end because of my vacation. This is EXACTLY the motivation I needed right now, because BOY have I been slacking!

LOL, I can picture this in my head.
Today was great for me! I did my weight sets x2 today and a 5 mile walk!
Weight this morning: 141.0 lbs
Food: Stayed in my calorie range, had 2 small chocolate bars (I love my German chocolate!)
Cardio: 2 x 35min bike ride
Weight Training: Day 2 out of 7 completed
Phew, I got so much stuff done today! I'm glad I got some good cardio in. However, I am still sore from the HIIT run and weight lifting, that's good though!
I failed on day three by eating a chocolate bar! But I have and will continue to avoid the cakes and biscuits at work from the patients. Although I have to withdraw from this challenge, I will still eat better as a result of this challenge making me aware of bad things I do! So thanks! How do I withdraw? Will you just take me off the list?
Got my a$$ moving last night and did my 1/3 workouts of the week. I went on a 30 minute run and ended up running 2.8 miles. A little slower than I was but it has been a while! I ran with the Zombies, run app and it was pretty fun. I would have loved the interval training (zombie swarm) BUT it decided to randomly spawn a chase when I was going down stairs so I had to slow down ;_;.
Tonight I am going to do a Body Revolution as my strength workout.
Weight has gone from 158.1 lbs to 156.7 lbs, so back to the lowest I've been in a while. Hoping it continues to drop, but just happy to be getting back on track!
Definitely like the idea that all our progress is being animated in an 80s montage. Anyone seen Team America?! There's a montage song in that which is perfect for this imagery ;p.
I was so tired today I almost didn't do my 3mile walk, but this challenge and reading about all of you staying on track made me hop on the treadmill and get 'er done!
This challenge has me so determined! I've been doing really well keeping to my allotted calories for the day(which is hardest, I exercise all the time so that's the easy part ). Keep up the great work everyone!
So I am about to do my next Insanity workout (Power Cardio and Resistance) and keep up another great day! Since the challenge began, I've already went from 255 to 252.6, I realize it is probably water weight but hey, I'll take it!!
Bad mindset right now. BAD BAD BAD. I'm sitting here thinking about how I can reasonably cheat at our celebration today, and I can't. I just had a major cheat Saturday and only today got back to my weight before that! Today is not going to be easy. BAH! I need to get to the gym and earn myself a few more calories, that I will NOT be using. Maybe I'll allow myself a vodka tonic, which is totally on plan in moderation, as my 'treat' today...which will be my first alcoholic beverage in almost 3 months... Anyway happy 4th to all of you! Stay strong!!
