I just moved out of the 150s...weighed in at 149.8 this morning. I can't wait to say bye bye to the 140s (hopefully within 2 months)!

I am so stuck at 148! I'm back on the wagon now though and I hope to be out of the 140s by my birthday (September)! Let's do this!

Just popping in as a newbie on this thread. I weighed in at 71kg (156.5lbs) last time I hopped on the scale.

I am not weighing myself all that frequently because I am using an old school (non-digital) scale that measures in KGs. Little changes wont register, and I don't want to get discouraged.

Does it help you guys to focus specifically on dropping weight (rather than reaching fitness or measurement goals)? I ask because even as I lose weight, I don't seem to look different. Seeing the scale feels a little hollow when the mirror and photos tell me I look the same. How much did you lovely ladies have to lose before you saw a difference (in your body, not just weight or measurements)?

Good Luck to all of us. :)

I actually got some new (and more accurate) scales in September and they said I was 154 instead of 144! Then I put on some weight and now I've lost it again so am currently 154lbs. I would love to be out of the 140s and 150s!

tinneranne2: If you need the motivation, use all the tools you can, scales and measuring tape. It will probably be interesting to see the relationship between the two.

Congrats skittles! You're really motivating me!

Hi ladies, I am joining this thread..again... For probably the fifth time, weighing in at 159.4. I always seem to join, get down to the lower 150s and then fall off the wagon and get back up there. I'm ready to get into the 140s this time! I'm just counting calories (using my fitness pal) trying to stay between 1200-1400. I'm also starting to lift weights 3 times/week. I allow myself some cheats on the weekend too. What plan is everyone else doing? Good luck! :carrot:
