I am not 20 something, but I have it. I lived my youth and 20's and 30's in misery because I did not know.
Count your blessings that you found out about in your 20's!!!

It can be a tough adjustment at first, but it is totally doable, meaning to live gluten free. I don't even eat any gluten alternatives...I gave up "bread/grain" products all together.

I'm not personally, but my father was diagnosed about 5 years ago. His gas smelled so horrendous, I basically dragged him to the GI doctor.

I've dealt with a lot of cooking and meal preparations for him because he's not a fan of cooking. My dad is very health conscious, runs marathons, and eats overall pretty clean.

The hardest part for me is eating. I have PCOS on top of the Celiac disease and i am lactose intolerant. Thank you for the support!!!

I do not know if I have celiac but I can't eat gluten without it coming..out. one way or the other. So I do not eat gluten, my doctor says I am gluten intolerant and hasn't yet tested for celiac since I already started eating GF

I'm not 20-something either (I have a daughter who is does that count? ) but I have celiac. I was diagnosed almost 2 years ago.
