April Daily Weigh In
 
For most of us April is the time to lose the heavy jackets, coats and sweaters. Let's use the month to lose some excess weight as well :)

I have been on a loooong plateau and need accountability and motivation so I am back. Daily weigh ins gives me a good outlook to keep on track. Especially while I have family flying back this week for vacation.

I'm excited to join a daily weigh in thread! I've been weighing daily about the last two weeks of march. I like it. It helps me to understand how my body reacts to different things. And I think it'll help me stay on track and get to my goal of 10 lbs by may 1.
