Can't walk
In the last 5 days I've done weights with my trainer twice and 3 spin classes...and now I can't walk today without waddling and I'm loving it hahaha.
It took me years to begin to love exercise but I finally do! What have you guys done to stay motivated once you began working out? |

I also think o myself and remember where I was at 4 months ago and it helps to see the progress! |
Once I talk myself into getting on the treadmill or getting on the wii fit then once I get started I feel energized and love how I feel after a good workout, but it making myself want to get up to get going is my big problem... Today I just made myself get up and get on the treadmill...
