Hey Ladies!!
Don't really have time for personals (I have to be at school in 25 minutes for a 6 hour orientation!), but just wanted to check in and say I did NOT eat those ribs!! I had two bites that hubby left on one of his, but other than that, I took 2 TBSP of the barbeque sauce (it came with a whole JAR and it's only 15 cal per 2TBSP) and put it on a big ole salad. Then DH convinced me to go to the gym, and we played racquetball. I've never played before, and I get all kinds of nervous about trying new things. But it really was quite the workout!! The scale's down a little today,but these next few days are going to be touch.

Today's weigh in was little because of TOM, so I am happy to see I am in the top 10 from last week! I need that boost to keep going!

Omg I am number1..... Really! Wow! Well I can't wait to weigh-in next week. This week been so good too me! 150s been coming off like water!

Hi ladies,

I am going to join you in this challenge. I entered my weight and goal weight in the spreadsheet.
I start at 150lbs and want to go down to 130lbs.
I am going to spend 2 months this summer at the Baltic Sea and I have real bad muffin tops in my old bikinis... those need to disappear before I go there

Congrats, Fatness!

My weigh-in tomorrow isn't going to be anything special. My body just bumped back up to 136.7 the other day (maybe because of Ovulation...? that's the only thing that has changed), so I'm back down the last 2 days to 136.0. I'm slightly bummed because I did a B&A picture after doing this ab routine for 30 days & I'm really underwhelmed. And it's hard!!



Thoughts?? Should I keep going & get a grip or do something else?

Ugh, so annoyed. The scale has gone up a bit from last week and I'm not sure why. I had been at 142 for like 2 weeks, had one day of 141 then its now shot up to 143. I'm doing the 30 day shred so maybe it is muscle or water weight but it is really depressing. I'm feeling really unmotivated and annoyed today. On one hand, I have had some inches lost and can fit into a size 4 (they are tight but they button!). On the other hand, my weight isn't changing and I feel like my body looks worse!

I hope it's just one of those days....er, weeks.

CONGRATS to all you ladies on the list!! Y'all are my inspiration!!

Amygdala-welcome! your summer sounds pretty awesome!! Are you going to the Baltic Sea for vacation?

MaddieBPhoto-what ab routine were you doing? I see a difference mostly in your upper abs. Your right, it's not a dramatic chance, but 30 days really isn't that much time. Unless you hate the workout, I'd keep going and see what it does! P.S.-love those curls in the after pic!

Lauracore-I'm sorry you're having a bad day/week! Losing inches really is the more important of the two! I'm sure you already know that though. Hope the scale starts cooperating!!

Today is DHs bday! We're going out to a REALLY fantastic restaurant in about 2 hours. I'm hoping I do ok, but after last night's pizza/breadstick/rum fiasco (that made me gain 2 pounds overnight), i don't have a ton of faith...

MaddieBPhoto- There is def a bog difference! Keep up the good work!

All- I'm about to go do the 30 day shred, I've done really well over the past week. Getting my mind right for the coming week. I've decided to chill on the weigh-ins, since the scale seems to only upset me these days. I'm just gonna focus on doing the right things.
