Best thing ever!
 

So I did my grocery shopping tonight and bought this stuff called dr. Teal's that is lavender and Epsom salt for soothing aches and helping to make you sleepy because my nighttime workouts have been making it hard to sleep and making me a little sore. The stuff works so well! Idk about the sleep yet but the warm bath and the smell of lavender was soo relaxing and overall I just felt better after. Have any of you tried it? I bought it at Kroger :)

I love Epsom salt baths!

I haven't tried it, but it sounds fantastic! I am somewhat irrationally anti-bath because I rent and I just don't like the thought of sitting where random people's feet have been. Someday, when I own my own house and install my own tub, I will enjoy baths.

What I swear by is Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer and Sleepytime teas. I'm an insomniac, but these two teas knock me out every time. I also keep a box of the tension tamer at my office for particularly stressful days.
