Sometimes you need to remind yourself of how far you've come...especially when AF is making you feel miserable & bloated. The picture on the left was taken on a vacation to Mexico in 2008. I was in a size 16 (around 220lbs), on my way to an 18 when I decided to stop the downhill slide I was on. The picture on the right was taken the other day. Size 6 skinny jeans!!
