It'll get easier once the habit of going to buy a pack gets out of your system. I thought about buying cigs for a looong time after I quit, just because they were always on my list of stuff to get.
This is going to be so much better for any stress or anxiety you have in the long run. I'm glad you're staying strong! ;) |
Congrats! I quit about 8 months ago and I still get a craving...but then I walk by someone who is smoking and the smell turns my stomach. About the eating, I know how you feel...try carrots and celery if you like them. Thats what I did, now Im burnt out on carrots and celery, but I still dont smoke :p
