Ugh restart

Hello,
I was really active here over the summer, lost 25 lbs, but here I am in Jan, totally off the wagon and I have gained more than ten of those pounds back!! I am getting married next July and I reallllllly need to lose this weight. I don't even know why I stopped trying, I was doing such a great job. But this is it, I am back and ready for action!

Good for you! I myself am getting back in action after the holidays so I know how you feel restarting things. Weddings are great motivation to shed some pounds so I wish you all the best of luck!!

Beautiful brides all round! It's great you have got back to losing weight before you gained back loads and loads! You've learned your lesson so things will be ok this time around.

i'm restarting too! just remember that it's better to restart than to never try at all.

restarting is always better than continuing to do nothing :)

goodluck!

You are restarting, and will stick to it this time. You got this!!! And big congrats on your engagement and wedding in July! Just remember great change takes time, consistency is key. You will have off days but you can recover quickly!

Thanks everyone! I stayed on track yesterday, and I know from the last time the first week is the hardest!

i am also restarting, it just seems like it's that time of year. I gained back 8 of the 31 pounds i lost about a year ago and even though i gained that 8 pounds back i feel accomplished that i didn't gain it all back, so in my book that is still a win :).

Oh man I know how you're feeling! I went from 240 to 150 and felt awesome, until I gained back 40lbs that is! x_x At least you have the good sense to get back on track now! You didn't allow yourself to reach your original weight, and you should be proud for being ontop of things.
