Ok i did workout 1 last night and decided im definitely out of shape and sorts . I took a break like 50 milluon times! At the end of the workout i started to sweat but then decided this still cant be that bad right?

WRONG!!! boy was i wrong!

I woke up this morning with a workout hangover! I'm later for work worst than usual!

I've fallen behind! I have been at work the last 2 days from 10 minutes after waking up to 10 minutes before going to bed! Once this project is done (wednesday) i will jump back in, but I guess I will be finishing in February. boo

shelflife: it's cool even if you finish in feb just don't give up on me! we're the last two standing of everyone who started out at the beginning of the month! don't leave me! lol (and good luck with your project)

i just did day 21!!! level 3 is evil guys, evil... like, i can't even do some of the modified moves... T_T well, some of them it's not cuz i can do them, but the "rockstar jumps", if i do them, it makes my whole building tremble, seriously, and i live in a tiny appartment where i can literally hear my neighbours blowing their noses so... i'm just doing butt kicks instead... but level 3 makes me feel so incompetent... damn...

hanging in there though!!

I'm just peeking in for motivation. Glad that you two ladies are sticking with it, but I'm super nervous about Level 2 now! I'm only only on about day 8 of Level 1.
