Congrats Kawaii and Shelf for getting up so early to work out!

Finished day 7! I managed to do 20 knee pushups! Mind you I was useless at the squat and press right afterwards, but i'm happy I managed 20 total! Yesterday I missed my workout...we're on holiday in Texas and yesterday was a "let's drive to Mexico and go shopping" kind of day.

Finished day 8! I forgot my iphone this time, so i estimated the exercises. It lasted as long as normal, but it sure is easier to slack without Jillian pushing you on!

Joining in a little late but I started 30 Day Shred again on the 1st, so I am on level one, completed day 8 yesterday. I am a little sore today, but I am going to push through day 9. So glad you made this thread!!!

Shelflife~ Thanks for the welcome! Also glad to hear you finished up your workout so early!


So I completed what was supposed to be Day 9 and I think I am going to back track a little bit. I don't feel like I am quite ready for level 2 so I am going to back track to day 5 to give myself a little more time. I want to finish each circuit before moving on, I have been giving myself too much slack. So, today I completed day 5 of 30 Day Shred! I know this will benefit me in the long run.

I completed day 9 today! Almost on to level 2! However tomorrow we are all day in airports and getting back super late (or early) so I think I will call it a "rest" day and try for Friday.

whoo! finished Day 8 today of L1. can't wait to move on to level 2 (: usually after 30DS i go down to the gym for another 30-40min of cardio, but I am so tired today. i felt guilty at first for not doing "enough" exercise, but i deserve a break! plus, i think i'm starting to come down with a cold

delyn: really? i usually consider 30DS my workout for the day! lol. only once so far have i done both that and the gym! and i was sooo proud of myself like it was a huge achievement... lol!

i just did day 10 guys!!!!! tomorrow is level 2!!!

I am not doing the 30 day shred but I just thought I'd be nosy and see how you guys are doing. I watched one of the videos for 30DS and it looked tough! It's great to see you guys are doing so well with it. I think you'll all be pretty ripped by the end! Maybe I should do it but I honestly don't think I can be bothered (lazy lazy lazy!)

omg you guys... just did level 2... i'm dying!!!

although i am really happy that there's significantly less jumping in this level, the strength moves are HARD! i'm pretty much always doing the easy versions, lol.
