  • Hey everyone!!! I am 3lbs away from leaving the 180's and I can't wait. I want to be fit and feel good about myself again.
  • Welcome luzitania! For me those last three pounds have taken their sweet time! This morning I weighted in at 180.5, so close, and yet so far!! XD

    Please feel free to make a little home for yourself here and lets get this forum a little more lively!
  • I hope to be where you guys are after the new year. Getting into a new weight category is always very fun, but being so close to the 170s has been something that's evaded me for years.
  • Trip, I was plateaued around 210 for a few years myself. What I found to be super-helpful was to change up my diet and exercising. Don't stress about taking a while to reach your goals, you will make them!
  • TOM gain got me back up to 198.5. I was just so hungry and ate everything in sight. I'm really not too worried about it because I know I'm going to be able to get back on track. Midterms prevents me from having too much downtime where I'll just binge.
  • I'm anywhere from the mid 180's to 190... a year ago I was scoffing at 170 and now I can't wait to be back there again. Ahhh, I want to see 179 sticking!
  • 193 this morning, from 197 on Sunday. Ah, the lovely water weight loss of a new eating plan...
  • Meh. I gotta start going to the gym again. I have 4 exams this week and I think working off a little bit of the stress I'm feeling might boost my spirits. I went shopping over the weekend and I had such a hard time trying to find clothes in my size. I don't quite bit in plus-sized clothes, but the straight sizes are small on me sometimes. Being oddly proportioned is only exaggerated by my weight. My belly and my arms are what are giving me the most problems. Being squishy and tubby is the worst.

  • 196.2, I was stuck on 194 and indulged this weekend. Want to be in 180s by Christmas.

    I currently weight 191.6 as of this morning. My highest weight was 252 all the way back in 2008.
    I can't wait to finally make it to my goal! I aim to eat 1440 calories or under and exercise 3 days out of the week or more depending on how busy I am.
    Today I ate a stir fry for lunch, a risotto for dinner and an apple as a snack.
    Oh and I intermittently fast so I eat between 1pm and 9pm, having an evening cut off for eating is especially useful to me as I will just continue to snack until I go to bed even taking me over my calories (it's weird how my mind works with rules)

  • Stuck at 184 for the past week Only being 5lbs away from no longer being overweight i killing me! Weight loss during/post holidays has been so slow...
