So... Since I was away for so long, I had already planned to quit this thread. I figured too much time has passed, maybe I'll just start a mini-workout challenge thread (something for the holidays or on a monthly basis), but then I thought, no. I'm not going to quit just because I fell behind.
So I edited the existing thread, and now I'm back!
I'm determined to continue losing weight through the holidays, despite going home, despite teh holiday dinners, despite having at least one get together with friends planned for every day of the two weeks I'm visiting home... I'm excited!
Great to see you back, 1yr2mkovr! We are all in this together and now with the holiday season in full swing, we need to support each other more than ever! We can get through the holidays
Today I'm going to visit family for two weeks, and my usual travel days are "off" from working out, but this morning I said "no!"
I woke up earlier, went for a run, (which I NEVER do in the morning, and this morning remembered why I never do it in the morning), and now I'm all done for the day, ready for travel!!!
Hope the holidays wasn't too difficult for everyone! I had rest days for the past three days but I'm ready to get back into things Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. And have a great New Year!
Hey guys! I know I'm starting waaayy late on this, but better late then never, right?

Thanks Dreamer! I can't believe it is January either. Before you know it, it will be summer again.
I'm so excited! I signed up for exercise classes that I will do three times a week: Hatha yoga, Zumba, and Piyo, which is a combination of pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Oh my goodness, managed to knock the cr@p out of my foot (and the rest of me) while I was rushing to answer the phone last week. Still discovering little injuries I didn't realize I had. Still, my foot is better and as long as the rest of injuries heal accordingly I'll be back at light to moderate exercise this week! So excited, I had no idea how much I missed it.
I just had a look at everyone’s post and we have seemed to lost a few people along the way. PLEASE RETURN! We don’t bite. :P
airplanejane, I saw it was your birthday on the 17th. I hope you had a lovely day!
I’m just wondering would people like a Feb/Mar/Apr 90 day post which they can use to challenge themselves or even just to keep account of the exercise they do. Let me know guys!
I'm glad you had a wonderful birthday. I certainly am enjoying my break. Not looking forward to going back as it will be the beginning of the end of college and I don't want to face that just yet. :P
