Oh my goodness! I have been running every other day for a little bit now and I was questioning if I am pushing myself hard enough. I always felt after my run that's could have done more. Today I tested that theory and attempted what I thought was impossible - run a 5k. I actually did it. I ran the whole thing! It was slow but I really don't care. I am so proud of myself right now.

Kraitxx3, looks like you are doing awesome too.

Buckkeepblue, vent away. Re-evaluate if you are doing what you need to be and if you are then keep it up and don't lose the faith. Success and results will show sometime if you just keep at it.

I'm still 175 today which is just fine seeing as I have terrible cold that's currently making my life miserable, so I haven't been able I exercise as usual the past day or so. Ugh. Disgusting cold

OK, it is officially Sunday morning here and I weighed in under 180 again, 179.5 today, so I think it is time to officially move in here. My goal weight is 160 so I'm not planning on leaving . It took me 3 months to get through the 190s and 180s, I would love to hit 160 in the same time. I'm going home in August so as long as I'm close by then.

Gatorgirl- Pfft. There is no such thing as an exclamation point allowance. If there was, I'd be in troubleee! Way to go- almost in the 160s!! You'll be there before you know it.

Buckkeepblue- Yuck. Sorry the scale isn't cooperating! Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, especially if you indulged in salty food. You'll be back down to 171.8 soon!

Kraitxx3- Feel better soon!

Changergirl- !!!!

Another good weigh in today- down another pound to 160.6. I'm almost out of here! Not that I want to leave you guys, of course. I'm looking forward to joining the 150/140s thread and having you guys follow! I'm not leaving just yet, of course, but I should probably start packing my bags. Sort of.

Anyway, YAY US! Congrats to everyone that's lost weight, and to those struggling!

P.S. to gatorgirl- There are 14 exclamation points in this post. Assuming I counted correctly. Told you I'd be in trouble if there was a limit! (Oops... that makes 15.)

Omgoodness, I forgot about the 20 somethings thread!! So glad I found it again!!

I have finally left the 180s!!!! I was 179 this morning, which is actually a lb over from what I was last week, but still thankful it's not over 180! Btw just wondering, when have you guys noticed your weight loss, physically?

I've lost some weight but it's not noticeable to me or others and I'm getting antsy waiting lol. Anyway would love to hear your opinions!! Happy Easter everyone!

I ate so badly for convinence sake. I was feeling sooo sick that I did drive thru. I didn't want to get out of the car. At least I didn't gain yet. I feel better today so exercise is on the agenda. :3

I'm glad I'm not the only one that had a bad food day on Easter. I ate well on Xmas so I figured I could go a bit off plan for Easter. I've been right under 180s for just less then a week now and it is already starting to get old. It only took me about 5 weeks to get out of the 180s, after taking 10 to get out of the 190s. I really hope the 170s are a lot closer to the 180s than the 190s. I've just started to incorporate exercise back into my life after not doing much since last summer. I'm hoping this will help lower my measurements along with the scale number.

I keep trying to get out of here finally and head to the 150s/140s thread, but my body keeps going "HAHAHAAAAA NO." 162.2 today. Granted, I had a rather salty snack last night (cocktail peanuts and 2 baby pickles YUM) so I'm not super duper surprised, but still! *whiiiiine*

Sooo haven't posted in this thread in over a year I think, but this time I am reallllly motivated and ready to get out of the 160s and 170s...It's a weird feeling and it's different from all the other times...ok here goes 172.2 today (my official weigh in day is Sat) Be back here again in one week.
