I ran yesterday, too! Well.. a small run around the block!! Thought I'd better ease into it after a year break!
Scale said.. 170.6 this morning!!! And I am really bad because I am waiting a few hours to eat/drink because I haven't gone potty yet (SORRY TMI) so I can weigh myself again lol
I am super worried I won't make it to my halloween goal but if I can lose 2lbs a week then I will make it!!!
Edit: 169.8 after going potty (sorry).. I *have* to change my ticker! I usually only weigh once a week so my goal is to be 168 by next weigh-in!!!!
