I ran yesterday, too! Well.. a small run around the block!! Thought I'd better ease into it after a year break!

Scale said.. 170.6 this morning!!! And I am really bad because I am waiting a few hours to eat/drink because I haven't gone potty yet (SORRY TMI) so I can weigh myself again lol

I am super worried I won't make it to my halloween goal but if I can lose 2lbs a week then I will make it!!!

Edit: 169.8 after going potty (sorry).. I *have* to change my ticker! I usually only weigh once a week so my goal is to be 168 by next weigh-in!!!!

Yesterday was my official weigh-in day but the number didn't look as low as I had hoped - I never get enough water in on the weekends. But I'm down from yesterday! 161.8 this morning!

I did the same thing :-) If Monday's number doesn't look right I weigh on Tuesday lol

was up to 179.0 this am. last night we had an appointment and errands then got Outback to go :'( i regretted it before my husband even left to get it.

i am SO dissapointed in myself.. tomorrow we are going to have wedding photos taken (it rained on our wedding day about a month ago and the photog so kindly offered to take us outside for some shots) and i am really really concerned that my dress wont fit.. it fit the day of alright but i did not have lots of room to spare. i wasnt weighing myself around the wedding but i very well could be up nearly 10 lbs .. this was supposed to be fun not stressful

Sailing: Aww don't stress, i'm sure it'll still be wonderful

I'm stubbornly still stuck in the mid 170s. I know better than to get frustrated but its difficult not to. I feel like screaming WHYYY!?#&@ at the scale lol. I feel so bloated at the moment...woe me lol

BOO!!! I'm retaining water because I overdid it on the sodium last night!!! UGH. Looks like I'm pounding water all day at work today. It's noon but I'm already 92 ounces in. Thank god. Hopefully I'll have a woosh tomorrow!

Sailyn: I know how it feels to not feel good in an outfit but you never know, it might still fit. I put on about a stone and a half last year and my cheerleading outfit still fit me! I think if you want to drop inches you need to cut down on sodium and sugar (but you probably already knew that). Good luck for the pictures, I am sure they will look better than you think as everyone is their own worst critic!

supergir111: I was firmly stuck at 170 for about three weeks but in the last two days I have whooshed down to 166??? It is weird but it can happen!

jmko: Sodium is terrible for making your weight stick but in a couple of days you will almost certainly get a whoosh like I did so keep drinking!

Good luck ladies, I really hope we all get out of this thread and into the 150s and 140s thread soon!

well, got the motivation i needed to really get serious about this. tried my dress on and it didnt fit. had to cancel my pictures not only did it not fit.. like it wasnt even close to zipping.. my husband broke the zipper bc i was making him force it. ugh, never been so humiliated in my life.. i got married SIX weeks ago and my dress already doesnt fit .. anyways, i weighed this am but didnt even process what the number said!

Back again... I am turning into one of those deadbeat posters we all love so much


Started the week somewhere around 169 (although this could have been a scale flux), officially weighed in at 167.2 and am down to 165.2 this evening. Solely based on eating "RIGHT" finally! Going to get a membership at the Y tomorrow... I'm officially the only fat one left in my group of friends so it's time and it's the LAST time!

You guys are such motivation.. I have been working everyday since last Thursday (something different every day!) but my eating is poor. I was 180.0 today but I went to football last night and made bad bad choices. and was drinking. Today I will be writing everything down that I eat and not letting the million excues I have to eat bad get in my way. Thanks for sharing your losses ladies.
