I went ahead and added in yesterday's weight. I think Mondays will be my official weigh-in days to help keep me accountable on the weekends, which seem to be my biggest downfall lately.

Oh yeah, btw, my original weight was 260, but since my weigh in days are on mondays i weighed myself yesterday and I am now 245 :-)
So will use 245 as my starting weight. |
hello :) Do i need to add my weights each week to the spreadsheet or just add it to this chat? :s I am starting at 186 because after a week of eating rubbish and fast food I have gone up 2lbs :/ I have been aruond this weight for months now and it is driving my crazy!

It just occurred to me that I'm pretty sure I had my goal listed at 20 lbs instead of 30, by accident. I can't do math. Thank you for fixing it.

Sorry I was away for a few days!! But I'm back now and here are the answers to some of your questions... (1) The date at the top of the column is the first day of the weigh-in weeks, but you can still, of course, weigh in on whatever your normal day to weigh in is. (2) The weightloss is calculated based on your starting weight. Notes: (1) I will be doing the totals on Mondays for the previous week. (2) PLEASE don't write in your own totals :) Soooo excited to have so many people on board!!! YAY! Thanks for the original thread!!! |
