I would say once in awhile for a meal, not a whole day. And if I'm planning to have a big supper, I'll try to eat less earlier in the day.

I also just treat myself in that way on special occasions... not just because it's a random Saturday.

I don't trust myself yet to have a cheat day. You give me a slice of pizza now, I'll most likely eat twelve slices. What I plan to do though is to eat one cheat item every time I lose 10 pounds. So it's more like a cheat milestone, keeps me motivated haha.
First cheat item: steamed rice. I love rice. |
O wow, I never looked at rice as a cheat item. I always eat rice.I count calories and eat it in moderation. I always measure it out.
I dont do a cheat day really, I WI on Sunday, and thats when me and family eat out after church, which I will always have the more healthier food on the menu. On Sunday I do allow myself to use the calories MFP gives me back for excersing. |
Well everyday, I typically enjoy what I like, I just stay within my calorie range.
When I lose about another 15 pounds, I am getting my favorite meal (not calorie counting) with my sister and then I will be back to calorie counting the next day. |
