I thought I was out of the 200s forever a couple years ago but... Here I am again. I'm determined to not go back! I have new motivations and I know this time it will stick.

Hi everyone! I am new to the site and as soon as I saw this group I knew I had to join it! I am at 200.4 now and I can't wait to see that "1" for the first number of my weight!

You guys are such an inspiration for me!!

216.5-- I'm hoping to see onederland by march

Just barely - I made it! I do my next weigh in on Wednesday (tomorrow).

Hello all! I'm back and recommitting! When I get to 199 I'm trying on the next size down in jeans. I actually have them in my drawer because I got them on clearance at Old Navy. I could button them at 210 but just barely- it would indecent to wear them out of the house!

hey guys been back on plan four a little over three weeks officially. i am back down to 212.8 and working towards onederland again. how is everyone?

Dani0112 01-31-2013 04:46 PM

I've been hovering between 205-208 for a few months now. I'm so sick of seeing the 200's. I've been looking at them for years. I hope to be below 200 by mid-March.

This just plain sucks. One year ago I was hovering around 200. It's the all too common case of "this time will be different." I'm a bit discouraged but if I don't try, I'll never know success..

Welcome back. Most of us have been there at least once I'd say. What's important is that you came back :)

I cracked onederland a few weeks ago but I wanted to see if I could sustain it and I have!!! Getting under 200 lbs was a mental battle for sure. I kept sabotaging myself after reaching goals and then felt like crap for days. And of course I would eat like crap when I felt like crap. But I am certainly feeling good now :)

I'm jumping in for a quick dip hopefully! I was at 200.5 last Sunday, but this week is really going to test me because of TOM and lots of workouts. I'm hoping to get into the 190s and stay on the other side of that 200 hump!

Hi everyone I am currently 222! :( but I JUST BOUGHT ZUMBA Exhilarate! I am so inspired on the results and mainly how happy these women are with their new bodies! I have been struggling with my weight my entire life and am so excited to make a change. My kit should be arriving within 2 weeks. I'm thinking of making a forum or my progress, maybe it'll inspire people to join in!:D

Wish me luck!!

Good luck, loriherdz! I was around your weight when I started actively losing weight (but I`m sure I was more at one point and did not know it). It is really inspiring to read the posts on this forum and see that it is possible to change.

Thank you so much Mimi! :D I'll give it my all!
