I ended the month up almost 4 pounds! I went overboard on a vacation and had a tough time coming back down from that. But September is a new month and I am ready to kick butt!!! Good luck everyone!

I didn't make it this time, either. I got off to a great start and was well on my way to goal, then vacation struck. As of this morning I'm 174.8, so I guess I'll have to settle for maintaining for August. Hopefully September will be a success with my schedule being more structured.
