The scale and I have been in a love hate relationship so I have been staying away from it, But I am back since I need to focus somewhere it might as well be on me.

8/18 277.0 up 1.5 busy and only took in 821 calories. Way too low! Feel Constipated.
Week 4
8/19: 275 down 2.0 Just can't eat or exercise. Couch potato right now.
8/20: 274 down 1.0 Just left boyfriend. I cannot eat emotionally!!!

I began dieting on August 12, and I've weighed every single morning the whole time, which was great at first. Since I have 165 pounds to lose, the scale really moved fast that first week, until Friday. I lost one or two pounds every day until Friday, and then just stayed the same. I was fine with that, but now it's been four days of the exact same weight. What am I doing wrong???? I'm exercising and I am following myfitnesspal's recommended calories. I am just about in tears because I don't know what else to do. My husband said he would start p90x with me tonight (just the exercise portion), so maybe that extra exercise will kickstart things again. I just feel so disheartened.

Don't give up. I can't weigh in daily because I get too frustrated and want to quit. I weigh in weekly now, and that seems to help me significantly. I too struggle from being used to seeing the numbers drop quickly and now realizing that won't happen because my body is catching on.
Your body is catching on, too. There is no quick fix, despite how much easier that'd be. lol
If you are doing what you're suppose to be doing (diet and exercise) just focus on that and not the numbers. Try cutting back on weighing in daily. I know that helped me significantly, at least.

8/31:247.5 (TOM way early. (BCP?) Kind of had a binge day. Stressed about school so I ate cookies and had a large dinner. Didn't take my phentermine at all and all my other meds were not taken on time.
loss for the week: half a pound. lame
total loss: 7ish pounds
