I hit my original goal weight of 148 the other day. In honor of that, I blogged about my journey. This is my transformation picture, & I am so proud of it! I want to lose 9 more pounds, but this is just such a triumph to see this difference!

You look great!!!! I absolutely love that dress, where did you get it?
Val - No, he's a friend's little boy. He's 4 now
TheDolly - Thank you so much! It feels great to finally be here!
Jessica - Target! I loooove this dress! Wearing it with cowboy boots & it's to die for!
Some b**** stole my camera and took pictures of herself making dumb faces...honestly, the nerve of some people...
...kidding. I'm so glad that I live in a normal place where rain falls vertically. Waaaaait...
And the thing about cameras adding pounds was totally true in this case, surprisingly enough. I got back with a soaked shirt clinging to me and was shocked enough by what I saw to whip out a tape measure...my natural waist is down to 64 cm (25.2''). Now if I could just get rid of the weird pudge in my armpits and the belly fat, I'd be golden...

Hotaruchan Baha, that's my go to picture face! Also armpit pudge can be migrated breast tissue from wearing the wrong bra for a long time. Have you measured yourself for one properly?
Holy crap, do I ever have the wrong sizes according to that blog...My American bras are 36Bs...according to the measurements I just took, I should probably be a 32C-ish (bust minus band came to 3.5''). I suppose that I should try to find a chart in Japanese, since that's what's available to me atm...
Yep, I used to wear a 36B (which gaped because I thought I probably needed an A cup but was in denial) but when I measured with those guides I came out at a 32D - I was totally skeptical but I went in and tried on some bras and found some proper fitting ones.. best feeling ever! Now I'm a 30DD (after being a 30E for a while, damn).
You could order online, brastop.com always has deals and good cheap bras, but if you're trying them on just make sure the band size is right and the underwire doesn't cut into your side boobage.
runningfromfat (who owns bralessinbrasil) is a member here and she has saved lots of our boobs!
I didn't take starting pictures, but in the first I was at 194 (12 pounds lost) and in the second I was at 174 (32 pounds lost). I think these picture illustrate how strength training helps you look better at a higher weight. I just can't recommend lifting enough. It's done me a world of good!

Seeing transformations like this makes me want to start lifting! Might have to pluck up the courage and get my butt to the gym
Thank you so much!
And definitely start lifting. It rocks!
I'm also just not a cardio person, especially on machines at the gym. Ugh, hate it! So I was very glad to find I could drop body fat without it. Now I love to spread the word.
i've been wearing wrong bras my whole life according to my underarm pudge no wonder my boobs are so small...i wish i knew this before
you girls are doing great.. thumbs up!!
