I am back with a new game plan!

I am back again. I was here a few months ago and introduced myself and then fell of f the wagon. Now, I am trying to get back on again. I am trying to lose 60-70lbs but I am seriously lacking in motivation. So, I had an idea. I decided to start writing up a blog of my day-to-day (ok, fine... week-to-week) journal of my routine. I think I will hold myself more accountable if I have journal and people keeping me on track. I am also trying to come up with a reward system for every 5lbs I lose. Have you tried posting on your own personal Facebook acct (if you have one) of your plans? I didn't come out and say I plan to lose 70 pounds, but I did say that I am going to take up running and do Couch to 5k. I did and I finished it in April, and I'm running my second 5k tomorrow. I've stuck with it for so long because I'd be too embarrassed to explain why I quit or gave up. Accountability absolutely works wonders.
