Congrats on finishing mini goals, jenicra and Underwater! I just realized that I'm starting to approach my halfway point With any luck I'll finish my 170 by my birthday in the next few days (a little early would be AWESOME), then 168.5 will put me at halfway to goal.

My first mini-goal is to be 173 by my bday (8/5). The rest aree in my signature too and ultimately, I want to get to my goal of 130lbs (although secretly I want to reach 120lbs...)

Huzzah! I made my 170 goal with a few weeks to spare. [Insert happy dance here] I also found my 155 motivation reward...and it's preeeetty. I linked my boyfriend and he reminded me that his birthday wasn't until December (he may be in luck though...god only knows how long it'll take for me to hit 155)

My current minigoal is to get below 130. I've been in the 130's for 4 months now. It's so comfortable here. I look good in clothes. I feel good. But I want just a little bit more. I did not work hard and drop 30lbs to give up just short of the finishline. Anything below 130 is fine. Really. Just, below 130s.

My mini goals are pretty short term;

Goal #1 =Get my workout and diet focus back (just got back from my honeymoon and though I'm "on plan" I'm not kicking butt like I was)

Goal #2 = Get weight back to 116-117 pounds (Was 114.8 before the vacation, and no idea where I am right now... I'll weigh in on Saturday for my weekly check and go from there)

Goal #3 = Keep diet clean/on plan until next vacation (in 5 weeks)

Goal #4 = DO NOT do like I have done the last two visits to see my husband; I eat decently during the trip but then end up massively overeating/binging on the trip home. I hate leaving him and I medicate with food... it's the ONLY thing that still makes me do that!

see my siggy as well =) BUT 1st short term goal is to get below my hubbys weight (hes 161ish) 2nd short term goal- get to 150s by halloween 3rd short term goal is to get to normal BMI at 149 lbs by Christmas. I seem to lose weight quicker not exercising so *shrug* who knows LOL

My mini Goals are:

1) To no longer be "obese" -174lbs
2)To no longer be "overweight" -145lbs

With a final goal of 140lbs Just to be super snug in that "normal" bmi range

Mini Goal # 4.5
Reach 144 lbs
= Means I will be lighter than my boyfriend

= BMI of 23.3 - Halfway point to Goal Weight

Final Mini Goal - The Last Push!
Reach 130 lbs

my next Mini goal is 170. This morning I was 187. I am pretty excited to get here.. I haven't seen that number since 2007.. actually I think I was more like 178 but I am still going with 170.
My next mini goal is about 150.. I haven't ever seen this number. I was 190 something in elementary school.. so yeah..
Then 130. I think I will stop there... but who knows.

I love mini goals.. helps keep me focused and lets me look forward to something... because you know at 240 looking at 130 was hard for me! Still at 187 looking at 130 is hard but now I know I will get there...with time!

And I have never thought about real goals before!! That is something to think about for sure
