WOWZA
Look at all the hotties we got here!
Just did my first walk. 45 minutes -- and the coworker I went with (who went from 260 lbs. to about 120!!!) well, keeping up with her walking is just as equivalent to me running a marathon. Whew! Luckily, I brought celery, carrots and grape tomatoes as a snack today -- couldn't eat my hot lunch after sweating in that 80 degree sunny weather! |

another after
22 lbs. down and 2/3 sizes down -- from 251 to 229 and a size 24 to now in between an 18/20.
I finally got the paperwork for the Y and tonight, I am joining...tomorrow will be the first workout. As stupid as it sounds, I ache for all the, well, aches and pains you girls have after a good workout. I was diagnosed last week with, of all things, bursitis of the hips. That and other things have kept me away, but I maintained and am back now. Miss me? |
I really don't have any before pictures of myself that really show how I looked. I only kept the ones that I thought were acceptable.

Those pictures are incredible! How did you do it? I workout 3-5 times a week...eat right, lots of water...but i am hovering at 185...i don't do the same workout everyday...so i don't think it's that...can you help me get over this?? any ideas??
