I'll stay on plan today because I planned today yesterday-- I set the goal to make a delicious salad, and I made sure I had tasty leftovers. Today me thanks yesterday me.

I'll stay on plan today (well, tomorrow...bedtime now) because I'm in a slump, sick of it, and ready to kick its a**. (Also, I realized that I'm super close to my first 20 lbs lost. I'd like to see that in the next day or two...)

Now that I'm starting to see results, I have more determination and motivation. I've been very good last few days and stayed on plan which is what I intend to do for the rest of the week too.

I'll stay on plan today because I got my first 20 lbs, which means I'm more than a third of the way there...also, I'd love to do better this week in the Halloween challenge than last week's pitiful weigh in of 0.4 lbs. GO TIME.
