  • I have had bbq twice and both times I was fine. That was real food though, not dipped in oil and fried.. Still not healthy but I was not in so much pain. I feel so much better tonight. Ate healthy all day, went for my 2 mile walk, went swimming. Much better tonight! I made healthy chicken enchiladas for dinner, they were super good. Funny how I used to make them and cover them in cheese and sour cream. Now, they are totally healthy and I like them so much better.
