Well, I'll give it a try anyway...I've been keeping a list for myself since I bought a scale for my apartment, but now maybe the risk of public humiliation will help me keep on track

176 lbs (As my scale is actually in kg, that'll give me a nice tidy zero at the end)

6/3: 190.5 lbs Bought a scale and hated myself a little...
6/4: 189.5 lbs ...Okay, so I hated myself a lot after buying said scale and went for a 15km bike ride then had chicken and lettuce for dinner
6/5: 188.9 lbs
6/6: 187.6 lbs /happydance

188.1 lbs *Sigh* Thanks, monthly friend...You couldn't go away without one last kick in the teeth, could you?
6/8: 186.7 lbs This seems like a fluke, but considering the amount of running around that I did with 1st graders today, hopefully it'll stick.

185.8 lbs My fault...I gave into my urge to have toast and didn't ride my bike because there was horizontal rain
..I spent 3 hours riding today to make up for it, but a friend wanted to go out for dinner at Mos Burger. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
6/11: 184.3 lbs [insert sigh of relief]
6/12:
184.5 lbs Damn it...Decided to go for an extra bike ride IN the horizontal rain today. My poor raincoat didn't stand a chance. C'mon c'mon c'mon...
6/13: 183.6 lbs I'll take it!
6/14: 182.8 lbs
6/15: 182.5 lbs My favorite bentou was half price yesterday, so my dinner was rice-y. I suppose I should be happy for -.3 even if the 2 hour bike ride made me hope for more.
6/16: 182.1 lbs Was stressed out and went out to dinner...this probably will be red tomorrow :/

6/27 Won't be weighing in...ate something that didn't agree with me, and it just seems silly to take a weight when nothing wants to stay down. Hopefully I'm back in tomorrow :/
