There are not many scales that can weigh me, ordinary bathroom scales can't. I started at what I thought was 400lb, today I managed to get weighed, 406lbs!! I hope it is different scales rather than that I've really GAINED OK, I decided I am going to be using same scales now in future, so i can know or sure.

Well, I'll give it a try anyway...I've been keeping a list for myself since I bought a scale for my apartment, but now maybe the risk of public humiliation will help me keep on track

Current weight: 190.5 lbs (as of my first weigh-in)
Goal weight: 176 lbs (As my scale is actually in kg, that'll give me a nice tidy zero at the end)

Week 1
6/1: No scale
6/2: Still no scale
Weekly change: N/A

Week 2
6/3: 190.5 lbs Bought a scale and hated myself a little...
6/4: 189.5 lbs ...Okay, so I hated myself a lot after buying said scale and went for a 15km bike ride then had chicken and lettuce for dinner
6/5: 188.9 lbs
6/6: 187.6 lbs /happydance
6/7: 188.1 lbs *Sigh* Thanks, monthly friend...You couldn't go away without one last kick in the teeth, could you?
6/8: 186.7 lbs This seems like a fluke, but considering the amount of running around that I did with 1st graders today, hopefully it'll stick.
6/9: 185.2
Weekly change -5.3 lbs! w00t!

Week 3
6/10: 185.8 lbs My fault...I gave into my urge to have toast and didn't ride my bike because there was horizontal rain ..I spent 3 hours riding today to make up for it, but a friend wanted to go out for dinner at Mos Burger. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
6/11: 184.3 lbs [insert sigh of relief]
6/12: 184.5 lbs Damn it...Decided to go for an extra bike ride IN the horizontal rain today. My poor raincoat didn't stand a chance. C'mon c'mon c'mon...
6/13: 183.6 lbs I'll take it!
6/14: 182.8 lbs
6/15: 182.5 lbs My favorite bentou was half price yesterday, so my dinner was rice-y. I suppose I should be happy for -.3 even if the 2 hour bike ride made me hope for more.
6/16: 182.1 lbs Was stressed out and went out to dinner...this probably will be red tomorrow :/

6/18: 183.0 lbs ...so dinner after 8 pm was a poor life choice :/

6/27 Won't be weighing in...ate something that didn't agree with me, and it just seems silly to take a weight when nothing wants to stay down. Hopefully I'm back in tomorrow :/

6/28: 178.5 lbs Dearest TOM; I hate you (the diet soda trying to stay hydrated probably didn't help either. JAPAN, Y U NO HAVE GATORADE?)
6/29: 178.3 lbs Bleh...crappy way to end a month after starting the week so well...
6/30: Off to Tokyo...guess I'll be ending the month a day early :/

I was going to make it for you and tell you to quote my post, but I can't seem to find your original post.

There was no set format to follow, so you just make a post with your current/goal and weigh-ins for the day, fancy it up as you please, then click the little number in the upper right hand corner. That should give you either a new window or a new tab with your post. Copy the url in the new tab/window, then click User CP and select "Edit signature" on the left hand side. When you scroll down to the edit box, you'll notice a little icon with a globe and two little chain links in front of it. If you click it, it will give you a dialogue box where you can paste the url from your post. Paste away! The default text for your link will be the url itself, but if you'd like to edit that, simply select the url between the ] and the [/url , delete it, and replace it with your preferred title.

Hopefully that helps ^_^
