I just read this, and kind of loved it. I loved the message it sent, and I loved the delivery of it.

Before I opened the link, I thought "hmm...how to get the perfect beach body....cut out a picture of my head and tape it to a celeb's body from a magazine?" :)

Nice article. Some strong language :) but a good read. Kudos to the author. I hate it when I want to skip out on something fun because I'm self-conscious about the way I look.
