    Two more days left of my first week of dieting and almost down 10 pounds. I don't care if it is all water weight lol Take 10 pounds of water out of a person's body and they start to look different lol
  • So here goes. After I finally dropped the 2 extra LBS that were on me for 2 weeks almost. (ARGH!)

    I am starting at 135.3 (but I left off at 134.7 so let's stick to that!) and my goal is to be at 132 by the end of the month. A low goal that I can always change when I want to.

    I decided to show the 8th's weight to the first decimal place since I didn't actually go down to 202 but I did drop down .6 pounds. I don't think I'll make 10 pounds my first week, which is fine. But I am hoping to get down to 202, which would be 8 pounds for the first week. I'm having a really hard time today and wanting to eat a lot. Wish me luck and determination to stick with my diet!

    Just started South Beach diet on 5/4 after a loooong plateau:

    5/14: Getting back from Seattle tonight. scared to weigh in. There was a lot of drinking in the last 3 days. And a hot dog.
    5/15: 176.8 Not as bad as I expected considering how much I drank... starting my 2 week south beach thing over.

    5/17: 175.0 !!
    5/18: 173.2 YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No irreversible damage on my trip!
    5/19: 174.0 not so cool. I stuck to my diet and did a 2-hr bike ride.

    5/21: 172.6 This is not real. I broke my diet and had like 7 beers last night (no food though!). I think this is just dehydrated weight.

    Also you can't get the ticker just yet. I think you have to be a member for a certain amount of time and have so many posts. But congrats on the loss already
  • After a LONG time away and up 10+ lbs, I'm back and would love the extra accountability!

    Starting weight (May 9): 143.4
    Goal: 138 by the end of the month. This is a little ambitious, but I'm counting on water weight, plus this is my period week. Here we go!

    5/13: Didn't weigh myself...and ate massively badly for Mother's Day (hubby cooked me lobster over pasta......drool)
