5/22 138.8 Mixed feelings on this. On the one hand, plateau-ing sucks. On the other hand, every other time in my entire life I've hit the 130s and immediately relaxed all the way back up to 145 or 150. I'm going to keep working, but I'll count holding steady at this weight as a victory.

I am going to set a pretty lofty goal. I want to be 165 by months end.

5/3: 182.4 Yikes I don't like this trend!!!
5/4: 183.8 Ok this is is exactly why I am glad to daily weigh. I ate crackers and cheese (alot of it) at 10:30 last night. Here is amazing motivation to go to bed and avoid late night binges. I do want to cry right now though. And maybe I should change my starting weight ticker!
