Help!

Ok so I'm newly engaged and want to lose weight healthy but as fast as my body will let me I'm already counting calories and sticking to my diet but what's the best exercise to lose weight and I've been working out like 30 mins daily should I bump it to an hr? Thanks guys!!

Excerise is more used for fitness rather then to just lose weight....But swimming and running are two things that can burn serious calories :) Don't worry about how fast you'll lose. It'll just create unnecessary stress. It'll come off if your creating a deficit with your diet and you do some sort of moving around :)

BTW...Congrats on your engagement :* Happy for you

Firstly, congrats! Super exciting! Secondly, yes I would up your exercise to at least 45 minutes, an hour if you want to. Not only will you be more likely to lose weight faster, you'll also make more progress in your fitness faster too and look awesome! If you do a google search, it looks like most do recommend more than 30 mins a day, I also found this Time article (dont know if that can really count as a reputable source but hey, im too lazy to check the journals >.<) http://www.time.com/time/health/arti...827342,00.html

Hi! Congrats on your engagement!! :)

Currently I exercise at least a hour a day.. it really seems to burn a lot more calories that way. remember not to push yourself too hard. You don't wanna get so exhausted with your workouts that you give up because it is so hard. I am sure you are gonna do great!!

Cyn88 congratulations on getting engaged :)

I just recently started to just like you and I walk for about 30-45 on even days and do yoga on odd days. I just want to warn you about yoga that you will SWEAT A TON and even though you might not be able to do a pose just do your best.

Congratulations! Just don't push too hard or lower calories too far. That can make your body want to freak out and hold on to the weight.

You diet is the most important thing, so keep sticking to that well. The best exercise is whatever one you'll consistently do. Good luck for the wedding.
