Not sure if this has been shared here or not, but just in case, I'm using this website to help me create monthly "get healthy" challenges:

Basically, the site lets you set goals and then put money on whether you'll complete it or not. I've got two "commitments" going right now, and if I don't meet my goals, $200 of my money will go to a charity I don't like.

Thought you might find it helpful if you need an extra kick in the pants like I do :)

i've heard of that!! i was tempted to sign up, but i'm too afraid i won't meet my goal & that i'll lose money, even though it's for a good cause. unfortunately, i have no income right now (grad school....>.<), but i'm sure its an awesome motivator!
