So, I've lost almost 30 pounds and have a few questions.
My skin is getting a lot loser. If I lift weights and work on my body, how long will it change until I see a huge difference?
Stretchmarks. Sure, they are white, and looks nothing like they did when I got them like 5-8 years ago. But I think they are starting to look even worse now that I've lost weight. They are kinda.. closer together, which makes the whole area look kinda gross. (Which is just about my whole butt area. Looks like an old ladys butt. Lol)
Is there anything I can do to make them look better?
