Hi ladies!
Some of you may remember me and some of you don't but I'm still alive. I'm doing an OK job maintaining. I've put on 3-4lbs since hitting goal 11 months ago, most in the last few months as I've been training for a relay race (it's this weekend in Vegas) and have been a bit loose about my diet as a result.
Here is me in my bikini at 134 in November:
And here I am at 137 yesterday in a new suit. I feel like a fatty all over again. (granted I was bloaty yesterday and I knew it, but GRR.) Back on the bandwagon of strength training once I finish this race. I had a brush with overtraining on Tuesday so I'm on rest prior to the race. 6.7 miles! I hope I can do it in a reasonable amount of time. (pace 12min a mile right now.)
