I'm in such a Good Mood
Yesterday I weighed in at 259 and today I was 258.4. So may be I am finally in the 250s? Yay!!

Thats how it happened with me getting into the 240's, I didn't believe it until I hit 248.
Now I'm stalled at 247
My knee is a Little better and I'm done with finals so hopefully the scale will start moving soon.

Basementcat- mmmm steak. I love my low-carb lifestyle! There's steak and plenty of it.
Cyn88- I am so scared to try insanity! Is it as hard as it sounds?

Vacation is relaxing but hard on my diet! Too much alcohol and normal food available. I kind of miss my little house with its fridge full of GOOD food. There, the worst thing I could binge on was, like, slices of bread or popsicles or maybe some old can of chef boyardee. Here, there's homemade strawberry cake with vanilla frosting! Wine! Pancakes! McDonald's is two minutes away! Okay that's not really an excuse but I HAVE to drive past it to get home.
Also, no one noticed my loss I didn't expect them to but a small part f me hoped.

Munchiesyeah that is definitely a downside to vacation! YES! it is extremely hard but its good hard you definitely feel accomplished afterwards but I love it all the soreness and sweat i Know im getting a work out!

Started a new strict but pretty yummy diet and am down 4 pounds this week! yay!

Cyn- yay on the ticker! How is the insanity going?? I'm thinking about getting it since turbo fire kind of leaves me wanting more. Too much repetitive kick boxing.

Hey girlies, i am down to 173.5! Lowest weight in recent history! Been getting some compliments lately, some of them backhanded, some of them not.
I am going strong even though all i can think about is a Big Mac!
