Bring it on! :carrot: I will have to work hard for this one to happen i think! I weigh myself on Fridays, So i weigh myself tomorrow.. Should i count this weigh-in as 4/16? Or should i wait until Monday?

Yes! You can weigh anytime during the week. I'm weighing on Sunday :)

I know its not my weigh in day so not official, But I'm so excited I saw 177.6 today. I expect its a fluke but seeing a 17...something is so exciting. And its motivating to keep working hard so that come monday maybe something close to that low will be sticking around.

Woo hoo. I need to remember how good it feels to see the scale marching downward next time I am tempted to eat off plan.

ahh my weight bounces around so much. i actually made it down to 155.0 on friday, but then it popped back up to 156.0 for weigh-in day -_- but i am determined to get it back down & keep it down this week!

Eh... quite disappointed, but a loss is a loss. I was gaining even more weight, it was good I could take it off by the end of the weekend. It seems the more I gain, the more I binge... this can't be good. :(

Almost out of the 200s. Had another Zumba class today. But eating was so so...didn't have time for lunch.

I just have to post because I'm super excited:):) Yesterday was weigh in day which I came in at 223...then today I'm at 221.6! Hoping by next Monday to officially be out of the 220s for GOOD
