Nsv!
Today I volunteered to make cupcakes for some the middle school boys at church. (They meet every friday after school) I had no urge to try one or eat the icing. I made them and put them in the container! :carrot::carrot::carrot: Woohoo! I passed Mcdonalds and I realized that when I thought about stopping I was immediately reminded of how it would make me feel. Sick, tired and gross. I quickly changed my mind and now have no urge to eat that either!:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot: Woohoo! I just thought I would share :) Any one else have a NSV?

That's awesome. Overcoming the urges is a huge step!!!!

There are many foods I love and still want all the time. Two of my favorite foods before - even though I didn't have them often - were doritos and baby back ribs (not together!). I've recently (within the last several months) acknowledged how incredibly terrible they are for you - I mean, I knew they were BAD... but I didn't know THAT bad... and now I have no desire for them at all. Totally turned off. And it feels good - I wish all bad food would be at that threshold! :-D

That's AWESOME!! You have amazing willpower! :) Keep it up!:dust:

Awesome job! I know the feeling of humm that sounds good, stepping back and remembering how that will feel it a bit and then you move on.

I went to the grocery store and I kept thinking about getting these things that I think are called SunChips in the US, but I'm not so certain... anyway, I wanted those and a bounty and I didn't get them. And now I wanted a crepe, but I had yogurt and a slice of bread, instead. Feels good, doesn't it? :P
